The Connected Futures Program is a family-centered counseling and support program designed to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and promote positive outcomes for youth and their families.
Who Can Participate
Youth ages 13–19
Families living in ZIP codes 20743 and 20747
What Services Are Offered
Families may receive:
Individual counseling for youth and/or parents
Family counseling sessions
Parenting education and skill-building
Youth emotional wellness and development support
Referrals to community resources and supports
Services are provided by District Heights Youth Development Foundation, Inc., in partnership with the District Heights Youth Services Bureau (YSB) and the City of District Heights.
